[Kolab-devel] [issue758] problems accepting invitations when calendar hasn't been used yet

New submission from Bernhard Herzog <bh at intevation.de>:

The behavior of kontact is a bit strange when it was just started and only the
email part has been used yet and you [accept] and invitation. Apart from
sending the acceptance mail, nothing seems to happen. Only when you click on
the calendar, something happens. You get asked which folder to put the event
into (assuming you do have more than one). If you do not switch to the calendar
you can even close kontact, start it again and when you then switch to the
calendar, you are asked about the folders. This is very confusing.

Also, the busycursor (clock) appears when you switc to the calendar. The folder
selection dialog comes up and the user has to interact with it *while the busy
cursor is shown*. Being able to use the application while the busy cursor is
shown is confusing.
