The resmgr has problems with invitation policy entries with capitalised email
addresses.  E.g. you have a group account department at domain and a user
hans at domain.  Add the user to the group's invitation policy with email address
Hans at domain (note the uppercase H) with action "always accept".  Set the action
for Anyone to "always reject".

Send an invitation as hans at domain to group at domain.  The invitation will be
rejected and the rejection mail will have a From: header with hans' name but the
group's email-address (e.g. Hans <group at domain>)
