Three? you only mentioned two :)

This does seems to be hardwired. Yes.

> /kolabvar/kolab/php/admin/include/session_vars.php

In Beta 4 this one's generated from
/kolab/etc/kolab/templates/session_vars.php.template

The port number is also hardwired in /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap,
though.  So, there are still some cases where such things are not
generated by kolabconf.
