[Kolab-devel] [issue680] toltec: outlook holiday events may end up on wrong day

Outlook has a features to add holidays to the calendar.  The holidays are added
as whole-day events.  When synched to the kolab server via toltec they sometimes
end up on the wrong day (one day before the correct day) in kontact.
