here is a sniplet from a typical slapd.conf server 2.0rc3:

	access to dn="cn=nobody,dc=test,dc=hq"
		by anonymous auth stop

	access to dn="cn=manager,cn=internal,dc=test,dc=hq"
		by dn="cn=nobody,cn=internal,dc=test,dc=hq" read
		by self write
		by anonymous auth stop

Is is correct that the "cn=internal" is missing from the first line?
