[Kolab-devel] mod_auth_ldap search filter in apache2

I was reading about the mod_auth_ldap patch here:

It seems apache2 also doesn't support the kind of search filters kolab2
needs, at least it's not described here:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_auth_ldap.html

So, this is still a problem for kolab2 to be used with apache2, correct?
Has any work been done on this?
