New submission from Henning Holtschneider <henning at loca.net>:

Cyrus imapd's annotations.db, which stores the per-folder annotations, can not
be dumped like e.g. mailboxes.db. But imapd keeps running fine for quite a
while with a broken annotations.db. Thus, one might end up with a pile of
backups but none of those backup files would be in a working state.

Since folder annotations are crucial for the Kolab server to function
correctly, it would be desirable to have a tool to dump the information from
the database file so that it can later be recovered or at least be used to set
the annotations manually with cyradm.
