Stuart, I've verified that the hooks are working. However I'm missing the 
_imp_hook_mbox_redirect functionality, when I click on the Calendar 
folder, no switch is made to a calendar view. Do you plan to change that 
or should I uncomment the example hook? 
 
Additionally, note that I've verified that starting with a fresh account 
works for most of the things (#1253) by using a cvs checkout from 
yesterday evening. Pretty annoying is #1260, it would be interesting to 
know if you can reproduce it. Here it's 100% reproducable, I have no clue 
about the reason.
