[Kolab-devel] [issue628] resmgr silently discards invitations if calendar folder doesn't exist

New submission from Bernhard Herzog <bh at intevation.de>:

After creating a new user, there's no calendar folder yet. If the new user's
invitation policy allows accepting invitations from some other user and you send
an invitation from that other user to the new user the invitation mail is
silently lost. It isn't delivered at all, not even to the normal inbox, and no
bounce message is send to the sender. The problem shows up in the resmgr.log,
though.
