Was that really necessary at this stage of development? It is an
incompatible change and will make updating from a beta1 installation to
a beta2 installation harder.  For instance, after the upgrade you can't
change the ACL of a shared folder anymore.  Kolabd complains:

Warning: Unable to set the ACL of user `anyone' in mailbox `shared.test at example.com to lrsiwcdp, Error = \`anyone: lrsiwcdp: Mailbox does not exist'

What am I supposed to do about that?
