The web-interface for the vacation setting is broken.

Start with a user without an active vacation.  Log in as that user and change
the vacation text and check the checkbox to make it active.  Click Update.  The
vacation settings are stored correctly because the kde-client sees the message
and the active flag correctly, however, the web-interface only shows the default
text.

And further:

- Vacation Message activation checkbox behaves strangely:
  1. Activate it & submit): O.K., Vacation Message is activated,
Checkbox is "checked" (i.e.: on)
  2. Deactivate it & submit: Vacation Message is deactivated, but
Checkbox is still "checked" (i.e.: on)!
  3. Activate it again, Deactivate it again & submit: Vacation Message   
is deactivated and now (alway the second time one is trying to
deactivate it) the Checkbox changes back to "unchecked" (i.e.: off)!
