The fbview shows some events at the wrong position.  For instance I have one
event with this ifb entry: FREEBUSY:20050218T070000Z/20050218T090000Z

This event is shown as taking place on the evening of the day before in the week
view.  In the workweek it's shown from sometime before 1800 the day before to
just after 0900 on the correct day (that it's shown to last past 0900 is OK
since the server is in UTC+1).  It's also wrong in the month view where the
event overlaps with an event taking place the evening on the day before.
