In the future we will have the following type of folders.

1. private folder not belonging to a Kolab account and not being synchronized
to the Kolab server. (E.g. secret calendar but relevant for freebusy)

2. privat folder on Kolab server (no ACLs)

3. privat folder on Kolab server shared via Kolab ACLs

4. group folder on Kolab server

5 group folder on Kolab server shared via Kolab ACLs

6. public/anonymous folders with ACLs (can support special Flag Handling e.g.
for the seen flag) for a single domain

7. public/anonymous folders global in a multi-domain setup

Please note that these types of folders are currently not fully implemented in
Kolab 2.

IMHO the naming scheme should already consider this future use.
