Dear kolabbers ;)

during our porting effort, we came accross the following suspicious looking 
paths:

Are these paths correct I would not expect them to be in /usr or /etc.  Your 
comments on those paths are highly appreciated.  What do you think should 
they be located in /kolab as shown in the diff above?
