This is a wish I have heard from two sides now:  
  
I an emails comes in and has no charset given, 
it would be nice to have a default charset kmail would fall back 
in this case. AFAIK kmail can only configure the charset that 
will overrule all given charsets and not the default charset if non is givben. 
 
Question: Is there a place to configure the default charset? 
If not: How much effort would it be to do it?
