[Kolab-devel] [issue438] KMail start sometimes unexpectedly

Kmail starts in some cases when it shouldn't.  E.g. start korganizer, knotes or
kaddressbook when neither kontact or kmail is running.  It also happens when I
open the key generation wizard in kleopatra.  My kontact is configured for kolab
with kolab resources.
