[Kolab-devel] [issue388] Accepting an invitation doesn't honour identity setting

New submission from Bernhard Herzog <bh at intevation.de>:

kdepim KDE_3_3_BRANCH + proko2 branch from 20040913
Situation: User A is responsible for managing the availability of the resource
R. Therefore A is listed as a delegate of R. In addition to the normal identity
and kolab dimap account A has configured an additional identity as R and dimap
account in kontact. A configures that additional identity as the default
identity for the inbox of R.

When R is invited to an event and manual intervention is required (e.g. because
of a conflict and "Manual if conflict" is active for R), A has to manually reply
to the invitation. Clicking on the [Accept] or [Decline] buttons in the mail
window leads to a composer window where A's default (Standard) identity seems to
be used as the From: header (i.e. that's what the identity option menu shows)
and not the R identity which was configured for the inbox. When the mail is
actually sent or put into the drafts folder, the correct from: address is used,
though.
