Set up a KMail identity with a preset BCC address 
 
Create an event and invite someone, when that email is sent, the user who sends 
it will recieve a copy due to the BCC, is one does not think carefully it is 
easy to click cancel on that msg, and thus canclel the event by mistake. 
 
I know cause it happened to me several times already and also for others at our 
company. 
 
Suggestion. 
 
For automatic groupware comms, ignore BCC addresses from the identity
