The reason is probably that you have libgcrypt on the host system (ie. 
not as an openpkg package). Please temporarily move libgcrypt-config 
out of the way and rebuild the libxslt package (and possibly the libxml 
too).

The apache package is not modified in any ways that influences this. The 
reason you don't only see this problem here is because we enable the 
--with-xml --with-dom options for apache/php.
