Unless it has access to your private crypto key, it's impossible to change 
a mail. That means you have to get the thing added before the message is 
signed. In KMail you can specify output of an application as the 
signature, and that seems like a decent possibility here. However, since 
these messages are only text, why not just write them into your 
signature?

Be aware that several public mailing lists have issues with these 
disclaimer messages - in case they say something about copyright or right 
of use or quoting or so. Beware not to make anything that makes it 
illegal to keep your messages in the mailing list archives. Also, these 
notes have so far never been shown to actually do any legal difference in 
any country which is why many companies simply don't use them. That, plus 
the fact that these disclaimers annoy readers.
