[Kolab-devel] [issue142] wrong content type for new contact in shared contacts folder

New contacts created in a shared contact folder have the wrong content type. 
It's "text/calendar; method=REQUEST;" but it should be "Text/X-VCard" (at least
that's what it is in the default contacts folder).  The title also says iCal
instead of vCard.

To reproduce:

create a shared folder and configure it as a contacts folder.
create a new contact.
Click OK in the dialog and when asked in which folder to store it

This doesn't seem to be a problem for Kaddressbook which shows such contacts
anyway, though.
