[Kolab-devel] [issue119] The jump bar isn't updated when new entries are added to the address book

To reproduce:
 - Have the Jump Bar displayed (Settings / Show Jump Bar)
 - Add a new entry which should append a letter to the Jump Bar
Nothing happens, a restart of Kontact is required to have the jump bar display
the correct buttons.
