It's not possible to rename dimap folders.  Tested with a folder created under
the dimap inbox.  When I try to rename it ("Properties" from the context menu) I
get an error message:

Error while trying to rename folder test 
Could Not Rename Resource
An attempt to rename the specified resource
newimaps://proko2test2%40neso.hq@neso.hq:993/INBOX/test/ failed.
