[Kolab-devel] [issue109] treatment of incorrect adresses when sending

New submission from Bernhard Herzog <bh at intevation.de>:

There are some problems with the treatment of incorrect email addresses when
sending (based on third party report):

1. invalid addresses are used when sending. E.g. type in foo as the To: address
and try to send the mail. A "@" and the "network"/"default domain" setting of
kmail will be appended to form a full email address when the mail is sent.
Depending on the configuration this may result in an invalid address.

This part is not a bug, IMO, but it might be confusing to users.

2. The incomplete address, in the above case "foo" is inserted into the list of
addresses used in autocompletion. There is no way to remove it or any other
invalid address. Kmail can't remove it automatically, of course, but there
should be a way to remove such addresses manually.
