Permissions of /kolab/etc/clamav/freshclam.conf are:
 -rw-r-----    1 root     kolab        1404 23. Jul 17:15 freshclam.conf

freshclam is run as kolab-r who is not member of group kolab, so it can't read
its configuration file and fails to fetch the virus database.
