In /kolab/var/kolab/www/phpscripts/freebusy.php line 4 it says 

require_once '@l_prefix@/etc/resmgr/freebusy.conf';

The @l_prefix@ should have been replaced with /kolab.  If I do that manually I
can see FBlists in some cases.
