New submission from Martin Konold <martin.konold at erfrakon.de>:

The build process of the current package from 20041202 has a problem with
libgcrypt which leads to mails bouncing after an upgrade.

- If libgcrypt is installed in the _system_ during the upgrade/compile of the
packages the php stand-alone binary is linked to libgcrypt silently.

- Later when compiling Apache. Apache fails to build if libgcrypt is installed
in the system. Steffen already made a comment in this respect in obmtool.conf.

- The administrator then removes libgcrypt from the system and is able to build
Apache successfully.

- The php binary fails --> resmgr fails --> emails are bouncing :-((

Steffen: We need a check for an installed libgcrypt at the very beginning of
the process. A simple comment within obmtool.conf is not enough and leads to
misunderstandings.
