I trying to boot strap the server freshly installed from today's packages.  I'm
bootstrapping a master with "/kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap -b" and when asked
to enter hostnames of slave servers I supply one hostname and press enter
immediately when asked for the next.  At that point the following error occurs:

The same happens when I do not provide any slaves.
