[Kolab-devel] [issue347] Event created even if resource choose is cancelled

When multiple resources or contact folders exist and a new event is created, the
user is asked in which to store the new event after clicking on OK.  If that
resource chooser dialog is closed with Cancel, the new event is shown in the
calendar but the event doesn't appear to have been stored in one of the folders.
