[Kolab-devel] [issue329] legacy status of ftp should be clearer on the services page

The support for FTP/HTTP Freebusy retrieval is only there for legacy support. 
The services page where this can be configured already says so, but it could be
a bit clearer by putting e.g. (legacy) after the label of the checkbox and
perhaps putting the explanation under the table of checkboxes as a footnote with
footnote markers on the FTP and HTTP labels.
