[Kolab-devel] [issue318] calendar folders don't show up in the resource tree

The kalendar shows a list (or tree) of calendar resources.  After configuration
with the kolabwizard it only shows "Kolab Server".  When I create new calendar
folders (making sure no to run into issue296) the new folder doesn't show up in
that list of resources.  Even after restarting kontact.
