New submission from Bernhard Herzog <bh at intevation.de>:

The emails with text/calendar attachments sent by kontact have the wrong
Content-Transfer-Encoding when they contain non-ascii text. To reproduce,
create a new appointment with a title containig nonascii text (e.g. "Frühstück")
and invite someone. In the email sent by kontact, the ical attachment has
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit even though it is actually utf8.

On the recipients side the text is not shown with the correct umlauts, but with
utf8 interpreted as latin one (e.g. "Frühstück")
