    Unified kolab module.
    
    Currently contains kolabformat, shared and kolabobject.
    
    This is an attempt to avoid the httpd reload issue that results in a crash
    due to a corrupt swig memory structure.
    
    Note that this module is mutually exclusive with any other kolab swig modules.
