Changes to 'dev/delete_testfiles'

New branch 'dev/delete_testfiles' available with the following commits:

    Delete old and crufted testfiles.
    
    Having rotting testfiles around, that are not valid anymore don't helps
    anyone:
    * testfiles/testContactMinimalFromXML.xml
    * testfiles/testcontact.xml
    * testfiles/testevent.xml
    * testfiles/xcalCalendar.xml (see tests/testfiles)
    * testfiles/xcalEvent.xml (see tests/testfiles)
    
    Working testfiles can be found unter tests/testfiles, these are also
    used for unittests, so they are compatible to the actual schemas.
